WOLS (World’s Local Store) is exclusively a free advertising platform. Our mission is to connect companies, freelancers, and individuals around the world, acting solely as a global showcase to provide visibility to those who produce and provide services.

2. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY (NEGOTIATIONS)

WOLS does not intervene, mediate, or guarantee any part of the negotiations conducted between users. Therefore:

·         Any commercial transaction, purchase, sale, or hiring of services is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer and the seller.

·         The platform is not responsible for "bad deals," failure to meet deadlines, product quality, fraud, or financial losses of any nature.

3. USER’S DUTY OF CARE (THE GOLDEN RULE)

Before negotiating, selling, or buying, FULLY VERIFY the identity and veracity of the dealer.

·         Request references, validate documents, and use secure payment methods.

·         The user declares to be aware that the internet is an open environment and that WOLS only publishes the information sent by advertisers without conducting a prior background check or audit of their integrity.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

WOLS respects your privacy. Sensitive information provided for account management that is not part of the public advertisement is kept in strict confidence. However, by submitting an advertisement for publication, the user authorizes the disclosure of professional contact details (Phone, E-mail, Social Media) so that the world can find them.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the WOLS platform, whether as an advertiser or a consumer, you declare that you understand and accept that the platform is a connecting agent, not a business guarantor. You exempt WOLS from any legal or out-of-court claims arising from interactions between third parties.
